While in the District, I was also reminded of the many valueable attributes we are fortunate to have in our community. I am proud to report that H.R. 1545, the Waco Mammoth National Monument Establishment Act of 2011, passed with bipartisan support through the House Natural Resources Committee and it is now ready to go to the House floor for a vote.
